Area Sales Executive Footwear

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to generate and increase sales orders.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop new business.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of footwear at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse for timely delivery of customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 1–3 years of sales experience in footwear.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
