Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of administrative functions at clinic.
- Manage staff attendance and clinic discipline.
- Supervise clinic cleaning and maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of all services and equipment.
- Maintain medication inventory and store.
- Regularly audit patient registers and records.
- Monitor proper clinical waste disposal.
- Manage petty cash and bill payments.
- Conduct monthly medicine audit.
- Handle cash management and deposits.
- Assist in staff and doctor arrangements.
- Coordinate repairs for clinic items.
- Address security issues.
- Promote the clinic through flyer distribution.
- Collect cash salaries from head office.
- Monitor generator maintenance and fuel.
- Ensure clinic closure protocols are followed.
