Job Overview

We are looking to partner with a results-driven Digital Marketing Company or team with proven experience in sales-driven marketing, paid advertising, and social media growth.

The selected company will be responsible for creating and executing a full digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing website sales, generating qualified leads, improving engagement, and building a strong digital footprint for Techozon and its partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Conversion Optimization

Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on driving real product and service sales through website and social media.

Optimize landing pages, service pages, and checkout flows for maximum conversions.

Implement retargeting, abandoned cart recovery, and funnel tracking strategies.

Measure and analyze conversion rates, sales metrics, and ROI performance.

2. Paid Advertising Management

Create and manage high-performing ad campaigns across:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)

TikTok Ads

LinkedIn Ads (for B2B leads)

Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, and ad copies for ROI improvement.

Provide weekly and monthly ad performance reports highlighting ROI and sales growth.

3. Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Plan and post engaging content (stories, reels, videos, and carousels).

Increase organic followers, likes, comments, and post reach.

Manage community engagement through timely responses to comments and messages.

4. Content Creation & Creative Direction

Create brand-aligned visual content, graphics, and short-form videos.

Write persuasive ad copy and social captions aligned with the brand voice.

Launch marketing campaigns around new services, case studies, and tech updates.

Manage influencer and collaboration marketing where applicable.

5. SEO & Website Growth

Conduct on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta tags, and keyword strategy).

Improve website performance and UX for better retention and conversions.

Provide monthly SEO reports with keyword rankings and traffic growth insights.

Develop content strategies for blogs, case studies, and landing pages.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Set up and manage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.

Deliver data-driven insights on marketing performance and sales trends.

Provide weekly and monthly reports covering reach, engagement, sales, and ROAS.

7. Strategic Planning & Consultation

Conduct monthly performance and strategy review meetings.

Recommend new marketing campaigns and optimization techniques.

Perform competitor and trend analysis to maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in sales-oriented digital marketing for tech or eCommerce sectors.

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Analytics tools.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and funnel optimization.

Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.

Proven ability to deliver ROI-focused marketing results.

Preferred Skills

Experience with B2B marketing and software industry campaigns.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge.

Strong strategic thinking and trend analysis skills.

Improved ad ROI (ROAS) and lead generation metrics.
