Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a Business Development professional with hands-on experience in the digital marketing/creative agency space. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation. This role is focused on bringing in new business, expanding our client portfolio, and accelerating agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, creative, and media services.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
- Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain a sales pipeline with clear reporting on progress and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance) to align service offerings with client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio of clients closed in the past, including details of deal sizes/ticket values.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, performance marketing, creative, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to bring immediate value through existing networks or PR (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Timings
- Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM
- Saturdays WFH
