About the Role:

Sweepy Maids Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support and help lead our night shift sales operations. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced, remote sales team during overnight hours.

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure targets are met, support team members, and help optimize sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Night Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team.
  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat-based inquiries to drive conversions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Help onboard, train, and coach new and existing sales team members.
  • Collaborate on developing and refining sales strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure all lead and sales data is accurately maintained in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably with some leadership responsibilities.
  • British or American accent is a strict requirement.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven, and highly organized.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
