Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven
Manager – ESG/Sustainability Consulting
to join our team in Lahore. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful sustainability initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and play a key role in expanding the firm's ESG practice. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong ability to lead.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary sustainability team, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and action plans aligned with client objectives.
  3. Provide expert advisory on sustainability best practices, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks.
  4. Partner with clients to implement innovation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
  5. Review and finalize sustainability reports, KPIs, and metrics to monitor performance and demonstrate measurable impact.
  6. Stay ahead of emerging sustainability regulations, standards, and market trends, and integrate relevant insights into client engagements.
  7. Drive business development initiatives, including preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and leading contract negotiations.
  8. Mentor, coach, and support professional development of team members to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualifications

CA/ICAEW/CIMA or relevant qualification

Experience & Skills

  1. Minimum
    5 years of relevant experience
     in sustainability consulting or a related field, with a strong record of managing complex projects and client portfolios.
  2. In-depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, SDGs).
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated leadership in team management, strategic planning, and decision-making.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and drive stakeholder alignment.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office, with exposure to sustainability reporting platforms and data visualization tools.
