Voltrix Batteries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and hardworking Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our advanced solar batteries and energy storage solutions to customers in the solar industry.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, understand the solar market, and can convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Voltrix battery products in the solar market using company-provided leads.
  • Generate your own leads and expand customer reach.
  • Follow up with potential clients and close sales efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable battery solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with strong determination and consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience in solar sales is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and hardworking individual.
  • Engineering background (Electrical/Electronics) will be preferred, but not mandatory.

Benefits
