Job Title: Telesales Agent (Website Development & Marketing Services)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Pay per Qualified Lead + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Agent to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to call potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. Our clients are typically businesses looking for Website Development, Digital Marketing, and IT services.

This is a performance-driven role with flexible growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and engage potential clients from provided lead lists.
  • Qualify prospects based on their interest, budget, and service requirements.
  • Maintain a record of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients to earn commissions.
  • Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales (preferably in IT, Marketing, or Web Development).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
