Globe Call Centre is hiring experienced and motivated Customer Sales Representatives / Call Centre Agents to join our outbound sales team for a leading Canadian internet services provider. In this role, you'll connect with residential and business customers (B2B & B2C) across Canada to promote internet service packages. Your focus will be on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales — while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Canadian customers and businesses to promote and sell internet services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or solutions.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism, accuracy, and care.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Uphold excellent communication standards and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales or call centre experience (preferably in international campaigns).
  • Language: Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident accent.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.

Job Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad

Job Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
