About the Role:

As Marketing & Brand Lead, youll:

  1. Craft and lead integrated marketing strategies across all channels
  2. Build a compelling brand identity that reflects quality and innovation
  3. Plan and run performance-driven digital campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  4. Create brand narratives and content that connect with businesses and homeowners
  5. Collaborate with sales, design, and operations to ensure cohesive messaging
  6. Drive visibility through events, sponsorships, PR, and influencer partnerships
  7. Manage external agencies and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  8. Monitor KPIs like lead volume, CPL, engagement, brand equity, and campaign ROI

Youre a Great Fit If You:

  1. Have 4-6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative strategy (solar/tech/energy a plus)
  2. Understand the power of storytelling and the science behind conversions
  3. Are fluent in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
  4. Think long-term, act fast, and lead teams with purpose
  5. Are passionate about renewable energy and shaping the future of sustainability
