Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to manage our Front Line Sales Team (FLST). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, qualifying prospects, and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team, with a primary focus on maximizing conversion for our key Umrah and international travel services.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Available to work at our office location Gulistan-e-Johar Block 9
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a sales or team lead role, preferably within the travel industry. Proven experience with the Umrah segment is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Pakistani nationals, primarily from Karachi.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team.
- Data-driven with a keen eye for qualifying leads based on established SOPs.
- Proficient in using WhatsApp Business and other digital communication tools for customer engagement.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Oversee the entire lead generation process from marketing campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Team Supervision: Manage the FLST department, assigning leads, monitoring performance, and providing daily guidance.
- Qualification & Prioritization: Implement and enforce the lead qualification SOP
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure the FLST effectively gathers all customer travel requirements
- Performance & Conversion: Work closely with the SQA to analyze lead conversion rates, identify bottlenecks in the initial customer contact phase, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports to management on lead generation statistics, team performance, and cases requiring immediate attention.
