We are looking for a dynamic Upseller + Project Manager who can handle both client communication and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills to upsell additional design and development services, along with the management ability to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Upselling:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and suggest additional services (logo design, SEO, redesigns, maintenance, etc.).
  • Convert leads provided by the company into successful sales — no cold calling required.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate between clients and the design/development team to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  • Track progress, share updates, and manage feedback loops.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain organized project files and communication records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of web design, branding, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Previous experience in sales, client communication, or project management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident in handling international clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
