Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in digital marketing sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, be fluent in English, and be comfortable managing relationships with both local and international clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, project management, creative) to ensure successful project delivery
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch documents tailored to client needs
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Represent the agency at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences

Requirements
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a business development role within a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with international clients is a must
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
