Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and creating strategic business plans. The role includes conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop growth strategies. The Business Development Manager will also track industry trends, attend networking events, and ensure client satisfaction to drive company growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Ability to Prepare Proposals, Develop Business Plans, and Negotiate Contracts
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of IT and AI technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
