Job Title: Territory Manager – Corporate Sales (Paint Division)

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients, architects, builders, consultants, and institutions.

  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's paint range.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend effective counter-strategies.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the paint industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
