Job Title: Territory Manager – Corporate Sales (Paint Division)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Head of Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets in the assigned territory.
Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients, architects, builders, consultants, and institutions.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's paint range.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend effective counter-strategies.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in the paint industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
