Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Imports Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore District. The Imports Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of import operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of import processes, customs compliance, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all import activities, including procurement, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation processes.
  • Oversee inventory control related to imported goods, ensuring accurate tracking and timely availability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to optimize import processes and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with other departments to align import activities with overall business objectives and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and improve import-related performance metrics, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide superior customer service by addressing import-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8-10 Years of Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in imports management, customs regulations, or international logistics
  • Imports Operation Management and Procurement skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
