Operations & Academic Head – Immigration & IELTS Division

Syeda Immigration services and IELTS is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to establish and manage our new branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IELTS training, immigration consulting, and office operations, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to convert leads into successful student/immigration cases.

Position: Operations & Academic Head

Location: DHA Karachi, Pakistan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: 01/10/2025

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and oversee the new office structure and daily operations

* Deliver high-quality IELTS training sessions (as needed)

* Provide expert consulting for student and immigration visas

* Follow up with leads generated from social media platforms and other sources

* Convert inquiries into successful admissions or immigration cases

* Maintain a clear record of leads, follow-ups, and case progress

* Hire, train, and manage additional staff as the branch grows

* Coordinate with head office and ensure strategic alignment

* Ensure compliance with immigration and academic standards

Qualifications & Skills:

* Proven experience in IELTS instruction and immigration consulting

* Strong operational, administrative, and team management skills

* Excellent spoken and written English

* In-depth understanding of visa processes for Canada, UK, Australia, USA

* Experience using CRM or lead management tools is a plus

* Ability to manage and close leads from social media and phone inquiries

* Confident communicator with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude

* Preferred Masters degree/MBA/MPhil/Law/English
