Job Description:

The Channel Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of business cases for partners and the company, assigning and monitoring sales targets, and supporting strategic business initiatives. This individual will also play a key role in managing digital transformation projects and AI/ML tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners Business Cases Development:
    Lead the development of business cases for partners, aligning with organizational objectives and growth strategies.
  • Company Business Case Management:
    Oversee the creation, tracking, and management of internal business cases to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Team Targets Assignment & Monitoring:
    Assign sales targets to the team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Strategy Support:
    Assist in the development of corporate strategy, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Channel Monitoring:
    Track and analyze channel performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize partner and sales channel strategies.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and IT, to ensure seamless collaboration on strategic initiatives.
  • AI/ML Initiatives:
    Drive new initiatives involving digitalization, AI, and machine learning tools to enhance operational processes and data analysis capabilities.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting:
    Generate ad hoc reports on business performance, sales metrics, and market trends as required by leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong grip on SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience in channel management.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and business modeling.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel planning, business strategy, or a related field, preferably in [industry].
  • Proven track record of developing and managing business cases and sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digitalization, AI, and machine learning tools in a business context.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
