Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributor and partner networks within the assigned Pakistan market, building a sustainable channel ecosystem;
  • Formulate and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular engagement, performance evaluation, and incentive management;
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and provide strategic insights;
  • Participate in bid preparation, contract negotiation, and commercial discussions to support project execution;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Technical Support, Marketing, and After-Sales to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Represent Sungrow at industry exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Electrical Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry;
  • Proven understanding of the Pakistan market, with existing customer or distributor resources preferred;
  • Fluent in English (working proficiency required);
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to travel frequently across countries within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing channel policies, price structures, and regional market development plans;
  • Strong market insight and understanding of renewable energy trends;
  • Demonstrated success in market entry or distributor network establishment from the ground up.
