We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our on-site team in Bahawalpur. This role is perfect for someone eager to start or grow their career in IT business development and client communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects daily across platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Write personalized, compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements and share updates.
  • Work closely with the technical team to prepare project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Assist the senior BD team in achieving monthly targets.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, technologies, and client expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Understanding of web and mobile app technologies (React, , Flutter, etc.) is a plus.

Experience with Upwork or freelance bidding is preferred.

Strong presentation, research, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, confident, and eager to learn.
