Job Purpose

To support business growth by generating leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating client communications. The Business Coordinator will ensure smooth execution of client engagement activities, arrange meetings, and follow up on business opportunities. The role requires strong sales experience in B2B, especially within the TIC industry, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through email outreach, introductory letters, and client visits.

Prepare professional proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Conduct daily outreach to 50 potential clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Arrange a minimum of 20 meetings per week with potential or existing clients.

Manage client communication, build long-term relationships, and ensure satisfaction.

Represent the company in client meetings (solo if required) and present solutions confidently.

Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Travel within Lahore (and other locations if required) to meet clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth proposal delivery and service execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience.

At least 2 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry is strongly preferred.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and client handling skills.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English & Urdu).

Well-presentable, confident, and willing to travel as per business needs.

Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75, Rs80,000.00 per month
