About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and present insights to management.
  • Manage account-related documentation, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
