Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors and define strategies for differentiation.
  • Work closely with founders/leadership to align business growth with company goals.
  • Lead Generation & Sales
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Pitch solutions, give demos, and close deals.
  • Achieve revenue targets and track KPIs.
  • Partnerships & Alliances
  • Develop relationships with other startups, corporates, and investors.
  • Explore distribution, integration, or co-branding opportunities.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
  • Customer & Account Management
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling.
  • Gather feedback to improve the product or service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration & Growth Enablement
  • Work closely with marketing for campaigns and lead-gen activities.
  • Provide feedback to product/engineering teams based on customer insights.
  • Support fundraising by preparing pitch decks, market data, and business cases.
