Role Overview

As an HR Manager at Growork, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
