Position: Human Resources Executive (Male Only)

Reports to: HR Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires balancing talent acquisition with core HR functions to ensure smooth employee experiences and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications in coordination with department heads.
  • Use multiple recruitment channels to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters.
  • Maintain an updated talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support in performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and provide HR-related support.
  • Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and share insights with management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proven 2-3 Years experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary Bracket: (70K-75K)

Job Timings: 9pm-6am (Mon-Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs75,000.00 per month
