NESSOVO Solutions an IT company and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) to join our HR team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of HR experience. Prior exposure to technical recruitment will be a strong advantage. The HR Officer will support the recruitment process, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in technical recruitment for IT and software-related roles (preferred).
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Support HR team in employee record management and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for basic HR-related queries and requirements.
- Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, attendance tracking, and performance support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR.
- Exposure to technical/IT recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
