NESSOVO Solutions an IT company and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) to join our HR team. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of HR experience. Prior exposure to technical recruitment will be a strong advantage. The HR Officer will support the recruitment process, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support in technical recruitment for IT and software-related roles (preferred).
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Support HR team in employee record management and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments for basic HR-related queries and requirements.
  • Assist in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, attendance tracking, and performance support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Exposure to technical/IT recruitment will be highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
