Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to support our rapidly growing E-Commerce division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, while aligning HR practices with the fast-paced requirements of the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce teams, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles tailored to e-commerce operations.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Provide HR support for cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, customer service, and logistics.
  • Advise management on talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to e-commerce, retail, or digital businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software/HRIS systems and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130, Rs150,000.00 per month
