· Prepare quarterly and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and local laws and regulations.

· Prepare monthly financial & management reports and analysis.

· Ensure tax compliance and prepare tax returns.

· Coordinate with tax authorities and advisors.

· Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.

· Monitor and report on budget variances.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

· Prepare and review audit schedules and reports.

· Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits.

· Ensure legal & statutory compliance and reporting requirements.

Education: MBA (Finance & Accounting) / ACCA / ICMA

Experience: 2-3 years in accounting and finance

Skills: Accounting and financial management, corporate laws and regulations, Taxation and compliance Analytical and problem-solving skills, Budgeting and forecasting.
