Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Faisalabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The day-to-day tasks will include managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for shaping HR strategies and policies to support the company's business goals and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
