As a growing firm, we are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Client Acquisition & Growth Associate to join our team and help expand our client base.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Client Acquisition & Growth Associate to help generate new business opportunities and expand our client network. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Outreach:
Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Identify potential leads in target markets, build a strong lead pipeline and actively pursue prospects through multiple outreach channels.
● Market Research:
Identify and research target industries and companies that align with the firm's consulting services. Stay up to date on market trends, emerging industries and competitor activity.
● Scheduling & Coordination:
Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the consulting team to discuss how our services can address their needs. Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups.
● Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all lead generation activities. Monitor progress through the sales process and ensure timely follow ups to close deals.
● Proposal & Presentation Support:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and other outreach materials tailored to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing and consulting team to create customized content that speaks to the client's needs.
● Client Relationship Nurturing:
Proactively nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Provide ongoing support and maintain strong client relationships to help generate repeat business and referrals.
● Collaboration with Marketing Team:
Work closely with the marketing team to create and refine outreach materials such as email templates, presentations, and case studies that resonate with target clients. Support in developing marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at the lead generation.
● Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by providing them with qualified leads, insights from conversations, and other relevant data. Collaborate on closing new business deals and contracts to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Key Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales or a client-facing role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
● Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
● Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
