We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer who :

· responsible for providing administrative support to an organization.

· Answering queries by employees and clients.

· Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.

· Help in organizing events, including ordering materials, and requisitioning meeting spaces.

· Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

  • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts.
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.

Qualification and skills required:

· Candidates must be a i.e., BS /MS from any recognized university.

· Proven experience working in an office environment.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

· Notable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can follow.

· Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients.

· Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.

Experience : 6 months to 2 years

Location: North Nazimabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
