Admin & Account Officer Required
We are looking for a is seeking a competent and professional Admin & Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting
- Support consulate events and official visits when required
