Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Office Administrator who can independently manage daily office operations, procurement (grocery, furniture, decor, and other assets), and provide basic technical support related to laptops and IT equipment. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, technical know-how, and the ability to manage vendors and events effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Office Management

  • Handle overall office operations and ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • Ensure office upkeep, cleanliness, and timely maintenance.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for office services like electricity, internet, cleaning, etc.

Procurement & Asset Management

Purchase and manage inventory for:

  • Office grocery items
  • Furniture, chairs, desks
  • Decor and miscellaneous office supplies
  • Compare quotations, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchases.
  • Maintain records of office assets and stock.

Technical Support (Laptops & IT Equipment)

  • Basic knowledge of laptop hardware and internal components.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and fix common technical issues.
  • Install Windows, drivers, and basic software when needed.
  • Help employees with laptop issues or coordinate with repair centers.
  • Keep a log of all technical issues and solutions.
  • Manage IT inventory like chargers, keyboards, cables, etc.
  • Should have experience in posting ads on Facebook Marketplace and OLX for selling office items, and be good at handling chats, calls, and negotiations.

Vendor & Cost Management

  • Identify reliable vendors for various office needs.
  • Request, compare, and finalize quotations.
  • Maintain vendor records and track service quality.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and organize in-house events, festivals, team outings, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate logistics and support arrangements for company functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Intermediate (12th pass)
  • Preferred Education: B.Com or equivalent graduate degree
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic technical knowledge of laptops and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in a similar admin or office support role
  • Familiarity with local markets and vendors
  • Experience with basic IT ticketing or asset tracking systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs22, Rs35,000.00 per month
