Corporate Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Client Visits & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits across an assigned client portfolio.
- Act as a one-window facilitator for client queries and ensure backend teams resolve concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers and users.
- Customer Concerns & Churn Control
- Capture, log, and follow up on client concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed visit notes and customer history.
- Identify churn risks and escalate with recommended solutions.
- Proactively follow up to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Introduce clients to the full product suite (IoT, telematics, dashcams, smart energy, etc.).
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and pass leads to Business Development.
- Support revenue growth from existing clients.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare visit reports, customer feedback, and churn insights.
- Track commitments, resolution timelines, and client health status.
- Share insights and recommendations with senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field).
- 2–3 years of client-facing experience (preferably in telematics, telecom, or technology).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle tracking/telematics is preferred.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and MS Office skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
