AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Customer Services Executive for its entity based in Karachi.
Position: Customer Services Executive
Location: DHA Phase 8
Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 40k -45k
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally handle all incoming customer calls during office hours.
- Ensure no customer call is missed and provide accurate information to assist customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp and mobile in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain and regularly update the Customer Feedback Sheet with accurate details.
- Record and categorize negative feedback remarks appropriately.
- Keep the official customer service mobile phone connected to the internet and operational at all times.
- Report and update the line manager on all customer complaints, queries, and resolutions.
- Follow proper leave procedures and inform the reporting manager in advance.
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them for improvement opportunities.
- Display professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility in all customer interactions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for updating and analyzing feedback data.
- High responsiveness and a customer-first mindset.
