
Customer Support Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our US campaign team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based customers and prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – US accent is a plus.
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
