About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Support & Retention Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction by building strong relationships and resolving concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions via phone.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in customer support, client servicing, or retention role (BPO experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in night shifts (7 PM – 3 AM PST).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
