
Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Executive who can also take charge of upselling and converting leads into sales. This is a dual-role position where you'll handle customer queries, provide excellent support, and also focus on promoting our products/services to existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Manage complaints or concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus.
