We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Executive who can also take charge of upselling and converting leads into sales. This is a dual-role position where you'll handle customer queries, provide excellent support, and also focus on promoting our products/services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Manage complaints or concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Must be confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in customer support or sales is a plus.
