Social Media Executive
 who doesn't just "post" — but 
strategizes, narrates, and amplifies our voice to the world
.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow all 
    social media platforms
     (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X).
  • Own 
    LinkedIn positioning
    : build thought-leadership, highlight our achievements, and target 
    creative agencies, event industry leaders, and decision-makers
     in Pakistan, the Middle East, and North America.
  • Create 
    engaging, visually striking content
     (case studies, project showcases, behind-the-scenes storytelling) tailored to a premium, niche audience.
  • Develop and execute 
    content calendars & campaigns
     that support business goals.
  • Track and analyze 
    KPIs
     to refine campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and the marketing team to align messaging with our brand's creative DNA.
  • Stay updated on 
    global trends in creative industries, AR/VR, projection mapping, and experiential marketing
    .

What We're Looking For

  • A 
    Marketing / Business Graduate
     (or equivalent experience) with a sharp sense for 
    brand storytelling
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in 
    Social Media Marketing (SMM)
     — ideally with creative agencies, tech, or event/entertainment companies.
  • Strong grasp of 
    LinkedIn B2B strategies
     and audience segmentation.
  • A creative thinker with 
    exceptional writing skills
     and an eye for detail.
  • Understanding of how to 
    reach high-value audiences
     for premium creative services.
  • Self-starter who can balance strategy with execution — from ideation to publishing to reporting.
