Job Description:

  • Manage full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents as assigned.
  • Support internal accounting processes such as budgeting, expense tracking, and internal control procedures.
  • Assist in external accounting functions including bookkeeping and preparation of accounting records for client entities (non-client-facing).
  • Conduct basic tax computations, GST submissions as instructed.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments from management to support overall business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting, with proven experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Experience in accounting firms or managing multiple entities is preferred.
  • Experience in Singapore accounting standards and GST submission is a strong added advantage.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA, CA, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral) to communicate with internal teams.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
