Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujranwala for a Territory Sales Executive. The role involves managing and expanding the assigned sales territory, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Territory Sales Executive will oversee daily sales activities, analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and ensure brand visibility within the region. Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring competitors, ensuring timely execution of sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Effective relationship management and interpersonal communication abilities to collaborate with retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local market and ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
