We are hiring: Liaison Officer

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Metroville SITE, Karachi (candidates comfortable with the office location are encouraged to apply)

Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience

Role Summary:

Acts as a key link between the organization and its stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration across departments, partners, and external bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary contact point between the organization and internal/external stakeholders.

· Coordinate meetings, events, and collaborative projects, including agenda preparation and reporting.

· Facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of goals, policies, and initiatives.

· Maintain strong professional relationships with partners, clients, and government or regulatory agencies.

· Prepare reports, briefs, and documentation to support decision-making and information sharing.

· Monitor issues, escalate concerns, and propose solutions to maintain smooth operations.

· Ensure all liaison activities comply with organizational standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
