
Business Development Officer

Role Overview.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will focus on expanding business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Since our client base is primarily in the United States, the candidate must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) and comfortable engaging with international clients professionally.
This is a night shift position (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Pakistan Standard Time) aligned with U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. and international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, LinkedIn outreach, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in fluent English with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S. clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to international standards.
- Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities using CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written) — must be able to communicate fluently with U.S. clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
