About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven 
Sales Caller

to join our Sales Team at Ovex Technologies Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in software sales, excellent communication skills in both 
English and Urdu

, and a strong ability to engage clients, build relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

l  
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.

l  
Pitch and promote company software products/services effectively.

l  
Book appointments and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

l  
Follow up consistently with clients to ensure strong sales conversion.

l  
Maintain accurate records of all calls, prospects, and sales activities.

l  
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

l  
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies.

l  
Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

l  
Minimum 
2 years of proven experience in software sales / telesales

.

l  
Strong 
communication skills in English & Urdu

(verbal and written).

l  
Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

l  
Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.

l  
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

l  
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
