Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) / Rotational
Salary: PKR 40, ,000 / month
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time support and reply to delegate queries via HubSpot, WhatsApp, and other assigned platforms.
Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented tone in all communications.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to all delegate inquiries within agreed SLAs.
Conduct outreach activities to engage with potential and existing delegates.
Collaborate with the team to identify common issues and share solutions.
Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when required.
Monitor chat platforms during the entire shift to ensure uninterrupted support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or communications (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
