Maxobiz is a dynamic and innovative IT House serving clients in 30+ countries with different Niches. Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates to deliver exceptional design and web development services, enhancing brand identities worldwide. We are seeking a LinkedIn Outreach Executive with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B Marketing, and Lead Generation to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
Profile Optimization & Management
- Audit, optimize, and maintain multiple company-provided LinkedIn profiles.
- Ensure consistency in bios, banners, service descriptions, and positioning.
- Apply SEO/keyword optimization to improve visibility.
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Use Sales Navigator to build prospect lists and send targeted outreach.
- Run structured outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, nurturing).
Campaign Management
- Execute organic content and manage paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.
Content & Messaging
- Draft copy for outreach, profile content, and LinkedIn posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams for portfolio content and thought leadership.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
- Manage ongoing prospect conversations and qualify leads into opportunities.
- Track leads in Google Sheets or CRM if implemented.
Reporting
- Submit daily EOD email reports to Manager (tasks done, pending, blockers).
- Deliver a weekly summary report consolidating profile optimization, outreach,and leads generated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, campaign management, and client meeting scheduling (not just data collection).
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting.
- Proven ability in building and refining ICPs for IT and digital services businesses.
- Ability to initiate and hold conversations with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and effectively position our services to convince them to schedule meetings.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead nurturing strategies to move prospects down the funnel.
- Basic theoretical knowledge of IT and digital services, including: SEO fundamentals, Web Development concepts (CMS platforms, PHP Laravel, Python, , etc.), Graphic Design (static, branding, and UI/UX), and Marketing services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking, management, and reporting.
- Good copywriting skills for outreach and LinkedIn content.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to measure ROI and improve performance.
- A proactive, persuasive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and convert interest into qualified meetings.
Working Conditions:
- Job Location: Onsite at Gulberg 3, Lahore.
- Office Hours: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM.
- Workdays: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays.
- Salary Range: PKR 70,000 to 90,000 (based on skills and experience).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70, Rs90,000.00 per month
