The AM PR & Product Marketing is entrusted with the strategic oversight of promoting our products and services across various digital platforms. This role involves creating engaging digital content, collaborating with internal teams to plan videos, images and textual content, and promoting the company's product line online, at trade shows etc.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, engineering) to develop compelling content that aligns with company objectives.
• Engaging customers and audiences on social media platforms to foster community and drive engagement.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other digital channels.

What you would mainly be doing:

Content Creation:
Develop and manage digital content, including videos, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to plan and produce marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Digital Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels (WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media, etc.).

Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with followers.

Event Promotion:
Coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, and other events to maximize exposure and lead generation.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve effectiveness.

SEO and SEM:
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.

Audience Engagement:
Develop strategies to engage and grow the company's audience across all digital platforms.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
  1-3 years of experience in pr & marketing or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads/Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
• Creative Skills:
  Strong ability to create engaging digital content, including copywriting and basic graphic design.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration:
  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Organization:
  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 70K-120K as per professional experiences + other allowances based, the location of the job is either at VT ISB Office - G12, Islamabad or at VT PSH Office - Uni Road, Peshawar.
