Role Description — Assistant Manager (Operations & Business Development)

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role. The
Assistant Manager
will work directly with the Founder to supervise daily operations, maintain exceptional guest experience standards, and support the growth of the property through corporate outreach and business development.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing staff, handling guest check-ins and VIP stays, ensuring the property ambiance and service standards are consistently maintained, overseeing housekeeping and café operations, and building relationships with corporate clients to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in hospitality management (Boutique / 4–5 Star / Corporate Guest House preferred)
  • Ability to
    lead, train, and supervise
    staff across front desk, housekeeping, and service
  • Strong communication skills and polished professional etiquette
  • Guest-centric mindset
    with attention to detail and warmth in service
  • Understanding of hospitality service standards, property presentation, and guest experience
  • Comfortable with
    basic sales activities
    , corporate outreach, and follow-ups
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage schedules, inventories, and daily reporting
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in basic office software and messaging/coordination tools
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field
