Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities
:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective and scalable software solutions.
• Design wireframes and mockups to visualize application interfaces and workflows.
• Draft detailed technical requirement documents that provide clear guidance for development teams.
• Create and maintain UML diagrams, flowcharts, and status workflows to model system architecture and processes.
• Develop comprehensive user guides to assist end-users in understanding and using the software.
• Conduct client demos to showcase product functionality and gather feedback for improvement.
• Perform functional testing to ensure software meets the specified requirements and delivers quality results.
• Exhibit excellent written and spoken English communication skills for client interactions and documentation.

Requirements
:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Confidence working with complex data and systems.
• An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of, project management techniques.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Creation of Reports and Dashboards.
• Documentation and Presentation
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.

Personal skills:

• Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with customers and colleagues
• Collaborates in a team effectively
• Is able to plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons
• Works under routine direction, without frequent reference to others

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Working hours: 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
• Health Insurance Coverage (including OPD)
• Annual Salary Increments
• Yearly bonus based on individual & team performance
