Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Lahore District. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks such as coordinating sales activities, responding to inquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication within the sales team and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Sales and a solid understanding of sales processes
  • Organizational Skills to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is an asset
